Story:
This is a project that took four years from Ensemble winning an RFP to getting planning commission approval and then City Council approval. The project was initially envisioned with a high rise on the northern portion of the site, but based on community feedback, the high rise was relocated to the southern part of the site. This created several site challenges due to the smaller site depth along the southern portion, and necessitated several adjustments to the rights of way to accommodate the building and ensure adequate area for circulation along the adjacent streets and alleys.
